Intern Farewell Ice Cream Social

Because of the mass exodus of interns in the last couple of weeks, a farewell in the form of an ice cream social was held Friday, August 2nd, in the National Museum of Natural History. Countless interns, as well as many other members of the Smithsonian Staff, showed up to eat ice cream and have fun with each other for one of the last times.

Whether you’ve left, are leaving soon, or are still in the midst of your internship, thanks so much to all of our SI interns!
