Intern Emilio Eusebio, working with National Museum of American History curator, Noriko Sanefuji, and conservator, Beth Richwine, uncovered (literally) a can of fortune cookies from the 1930s (at that time, called “tea cakes”), perhaps the oldest surviving cookies on earth!
