SI Staff Exhibition Booth at “CAREERS & the disABLED Magazine’s Career Expo for People with Disabilities” Career Fair

On Friday, November 22, 2014, SI staffed an exhibition booth at the 10th annual “CAREERS & the disABLED Magazine’s Career Expo for People with Disabilities” in Washington, DC. This is the nation’s largest career fair bringing industry and government together with people with disabilities. Dana Pinkney and Edith Tudae of the Office of Human Resources, Shahin Nemazee of the Office of Equal Employment and Minority Affairs and Karen Carter of the Office of Fellowships and Internships talked with over 300 individuals with disabilities seeking information on careers, internships and fellowships at the Smithsonian.
