Classroom Ideas from Down Under

State Library of Queensland’s Design Minds website recently featured an article about Dr Kathy Mackey. Dr. Mackey, manager of the Queensland Academies, accepted a fellowship at the Smithsonian Center for Learning and Digital Access (SCLDA). Her work will center on creating a better partnership between museums and public education and will concentrate on better teacher development and incorporate museum experiences in the classroom.
