SI interns from Virginia Tech have been recently featured in the Roanoke Times and Virginia Tech News.

A group of graduate students including Rebecca Williams, Lauren Henson, Carmen Bolt, Bryanna Tramontana, Jaclyn Sanders and Katlin White majoring in history, material culture and public humanities were placed across the Smithsonian to gain an invaluable hands-on experience in museum environments. They were involved in a range of activities from the administration of outreach efforts to programming initiatives, conducting interactive learning experiences for the audience and analyzing visitors’s feedback.
