Smithsonian Freer Sackler Gallery of Art (FSGA) Director Dr. Julian Raby speaks at Pembroke College

On Friday 9/16/16 a number of British Smithsonian fellow and intern alumni gathered at Pembroke College in Oxford for a symposium hosted by the Smithsonian UK Charitable Trust. Pembroke College, of course, happens to be the Alma Mater of James Smithson, the Smithsonian’s founder.

The Symposium featured a number of speakers including Smithsonian Deputy Under Secretary for Collections and Interdisciplinary Support (DUSCIS) Dr. Scott Miller and Smithsonian Freer Sackler Gallery of Art (FSGA) Director Dr. Julian Raby.
