Do You Speak My Language?
The Recovering Voices Program in the Department of Anthropology the National Museum of Natural History (NMNH) works to collaborate with community groups and other institutions on issues of indigenous languages and knowledge diversity. A part-time internship opportunity is available during spring of 2017 in which interns will have the opportunity to work with archives to prepare packets of research materials for community groups.
Recent graduates and those currently enrolled in graduate school programs are encouraged to apply by Wednesday 2/1/17. More information about the internship, including how to apply, is available here.
