Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute (STRI) Fellow Dr. Dumas Gálvez has been researching who is tougher: city ants or forest ants?

Pre-COVID Dumas spent much of his time in the field looking at ant nests, lately he’s been studying the 70 colonies now set up in his spare bathroom at home.
