At the Morning in the Museum event on 7/7/16, interns were given a tour of the main galleries of the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden (HMSG) and got the chance to peek into collections storage. On the morning of Thursday 6/23/16, interns and fellows gathered at the Smithsonian American Art Museum (SAAM) before the museum opened to the public. SAAM docents guided participants through the galleries on tours specifically tailored to the young professionals.
